Use these prompts for the client and period you selected, and review proposed changes before approving them.

Read tasks and requests

Prepare and approve changes

Save approved changes	confirm_work_mutations	I approve the exact task changes in the preview you just showed. Save them and show the results with portal links.

If a saved result is uncertain, check the record in Client Portal before trying again.

Follow a work plan

Approve a reviewed plan	approve_work_plan	I approve the exact plan you just showed. Ask me separately before saving any changes it proposes.
Continue a plan	advance_work_plan	Continue [approved plan] until you need a decision, missing details or approval from me.
Supply missing plan details	provide_work_plan_step_inputs	For [plan step], use these task details: [details]. Prepare them for review before saving.
Approve a reviewed plan step	confirm_work_plan_step	I approve the exact change shown for [plan step]. Apply that change and show its result.
Record a decision on a paused step	decide_work_plan_step	Reject the proposed change for [paused plan step] and show how that affects the rest of the plan.
Cancel a work plan	cancel_work_plan	I confirm that I want to cancel the remaining work in [plan]. Show what was already completed.
